By King Blith, in 2. AGoT Rules Discussion

both of us play red wedding i have one lady he got one lord right no other lords or ladies in play i get to go first picking my lady to gain the 2 power and his to die does the other red wdding go off so he can kill my lady

2nd one guy play power of blood and i play red wedding can i pick a noble to die even if he can not be killed or do i have to kill the one without the noble crest?

First, I'd like to introduce you to something called punctuation. Your posts are really hard to read because you just run everything together....

Red Wedding vs. Red Wedding: After the first resolves, both characters are still on the board. So when the second resolves, the same Lord and Lady are chosen for the second plot. You cannot choose the moribund character to die a second time, so the Lady MUST be killed. The Lord claims 2 power, then both the Lord and the Lady are taken off the board and their power discarded.

As for the Power of Blood vs. Red Wedding question, if something is "cannot be killed," it cannot be chosen to be killed. That's right out of the FAQ's definition of "cannot." So if a Noble and a non-Noble are chosen, the rules prevent you from choosing the Noble to die, meaning that the non-Noble must be killed.

How would this situation work if Red Wedding and Power of Blood are both revealed, and the only Lord(s) and Lady(ies) are all noble crest characters? Would the second half of Red Wedding fizzle?

Yes. The first part (player to your left chooses a Lord and Lady) would resolve just fine. The second part (you choose one of them to kill, the other gets 2 power) cannot be resolved because you do not have a legal target to kill.
