Well, they DIDN'T work in my first and last game.

First game didn't work because LA and his Cracken sucked dice away. The last game they didn't work because I made an error (didn't double-arc the MC75 due to an effort to stay out of close range) and because @Truthiness deployed his Raddus drop where it was obstructed.

So in that case, you just kind of accept that you only did another 2-3 or 4 damage and carry on. The damage part is pretty reliable because of IF! at least.
