2-pip command card is golden. I'm still not totally sold on the 1-pip unless you're gearing her for combat and not support (token generation).
This is gonna be game changing for the Republic. She can share even MORE tokens with friendly units so effectively. Her command cards are just amazing to me. Her one pip is spectacular since she can share her tokens with anyone she can take two suppression, thus 2 dodges, then for her activation do quick thinking and standby. Boom she just generated 3 dodges, an aim, and a standby for any units at range 1-2 to use. That's basically a second Hello There for Obi Wan. Her two pip is also spectacular. Similar to Leia's 2 pip giving a free move but its versatile too will be really fun to use. And then I don't even know what to say about her 3 pip that card is insane. One of the best 3 pips in the game so far IMO. Cannot wait to get her in the game she is gonna be amazing for the Republic. And a cost of 90?? Just insane so excited
Edited by bllawSuper excited for Padme/Rex lists. Both give fantasic utility to the army. Add in the release of Arc troopers with Echo and Fives and Republic lists will finally have some creative space for different lists and styles of play.

I will say though she is straight up amazing.... Probably a tad undercosted, and I'm a GAR main
I'll just be over here concerned about GAR having access to R2D2 and Padme secret missions along with access to one of the most potent alpha strikes in the game....

Empire has gotten 1 significant release since July 2019 ( which is Iden), Op Vader,Dewback are pretty much flops

Also Op Vader is good. Not great but good. Agree about the Dewbacks, they need a point drop.

I always thought it was crazy the Tauntauns got speed 3 and crazy dewbacks only got armor 1. The other problem is dewback weapons should be for free or something should be given to them for that.

Couldn't agree with this more the weapons should be free. I'd also like to see spur changed to affect all move actions, which would benifit op vader as well.

You mean it should just take one suppression to increase your speed for the rest of the round?
Yes, what makes tauntauns so good is their action economy and speed. Dewbacks don't have the speed to really use their action economy, and I think this change would push them in the right direction.

At this point the best thing FFG could do would be a point adjustment soon. Would really help between the delays and other issues going on.
A lot of Empire/Rebel units could do with a point change. They have a good chunk of units that are under performing (or just not showing up at all) and the recent stats shows that these factions do have issues https://invaderleague.com/league/season-5/season-5-single-elimination-lists .
Edited by RyantheFettI always thought it was weird Tauntauns didnt have spur. If they were speed 2 with Spur (dropping Sharpshooter to free up the card space) they wouldnt be as rediculous.

They would be way, way, worse, given that Suppression is already one of their key weakness. I'm not going to say they would be unusable, but with losing 1 speed and Sharp1 they would be below the curve for sure. You'd see a lot more AT-RTs and FDs.

I agree, the Dewback just isn't balanced with the Tauntaun. It doesn't make sense that for the same 90 points, the Tauntain Riders get a ranged weapon but the Dewback Rider doesn't. The Dewback's powerful melee attack doesn't make up for it because it's only Speed-1 (plus Spur, I know).
If it were reversed, so the Dewback was Speed-3 and only had a melee attack, whereas the Tauntains were Speed-1 with a ranged attack, that might be balanced (but it wouldn't make sense for the Tauntauns to be that slow). Adding insult to injury, the 2 Tauntaun Riders each roll 2 red dice, whereas the Dewback Rider's weapons only role 1 red die and mostly white dice. WTF!? The Tauntaun Riders should roll 2 black dice instead, especially since they have Surge-to-Hit.
I'd change the Dewback Rider to be 75 points, just like how the 74-Z Speeder Bikes were reduced from 90 to 75. That didn't completely fix Speeder Bikes, but it was definitely an improvement.

The Dewback has loadout versatility, and the Tauntaun doesn’t, it’s that’s simple.
Range 4 weapon option, Flamer option, or just go melee, but Tauntauns are pretty much always the same pony.
What do Dewbacks and Tauntauns have to do with Padme?
