I'm new to the X-wing universe and would like some suggestions.
I bought a 2.0 core set, 1 X-wing T-65, 1 Y-wing and 1 A-wing, can I build a good squad just with these ships and cards?
thank you any help

Squad with few ships (Rebel)
Hi @lucasnapraia. I assume you are from Brasil or Portugal, right?
Ok, about your question, you have a great selection of Rebel Ships, with tons of options.
Most rebel lists have 3 o 4 ships.
Here is a simple, generic pilots lists to get a handle of the ships you got:
(32) Gold Squadron Veteran [BTL-A4 Y-wing]
(4) R5 Astromech
(2) Expert Handling
(3) Dorsal Turret
Points: 41
(32) Green Squadron Pilot [RZ-1 A-wing]
(2) Daredevil
(2) Predator
Points: 36
(40) Blue Squadron Escort [T-65 X-wing]
(7) R2 Astromech
(0) Servomotor S-foils
(13) Proton Torpedoes
Points: 60
(40) Blue Squadron Escort [T-65 X-wing]
(7) R2 Astromech
(0) Servomotor S-foils
(13) Proton Torpedoes
Points: 60
Total points: 197
Once you feel ready for the next step, you can try with the named pilots. The most popular are Luke and Wedge for Xwing, Dutch for Ywing and Jake for Awing. Try any of them in a 3 or 4 ship combination and you are on the right track.
Edited by LUZ_TAKThe idea is that since you are new to the game, formation flying can be a key learning experience. Biggs + Selfless on Horton Salm help keep Luke alive - plus R2! Arvel also assists to trigger Horton's pilot ability with his ability to boost into enemy ships (and shoot them! with -1 agility due to Intimidation). Welcome to the game and have fun!
Biggs Darklighter (48)
Servomotor S-Foils (0)
Ship total: 48 Half Points: 24 Threshold: 3
Luke Skywalker (62)
R2-D2 (8)
Servomotor S-Foils (0)
Ship total: 70 Half Points: 35 Threshold: 3
Horton Salm (37)
Selfless (3)
Ion Cannon Turret (5)
Ship total: 45 Half Points: 23 Threshold: 4
Arvel Crynyd (34)
Intimidation (3)
Ship total: 37 Half Points: 19 Threshold: 2
Total: 200

OI would really suggest getting the Lunch Bay Next app onto your phone. It has an option "Collection" where you can tick which expansions you have bought and limit your card choices during squad building to show only what you have.
As for a squad, look at Jek Porkins, Dutch Vander, Garven Dreis and Jake Farrell. All I4 so easier to fly for a starting player. Solid Rebel Beef. Jek and Jake can be more aggressive flankers while Garven and Dutch stick together to delete targets. Give the Y-Wing Proton Torpedoes and you are golden.
