Can the Miya Mystic character dismiss the Finger of Jade before it uses her interrupt? what happens first? Finger of Fade says the target is the character, but Miya says sacrifice this character, choose an attachment and discard it

Miya Mystics ability is an action. So you cannot use it to react to a finger of jade being triggered. You would have to use the miya mystic to discard the finger of jade and then, as your next action, affect the character who was protected by the finger.

Finger of Jade can only interrupt an action that chooses/targets the character it is attached to.

Miya Mystic only targets (chooses) the attachment, so Finger of Jade cannot interrupt its action.
