In an attempt to get away from exclusively playing Spidey Justice solo I'm wondering whats the best Hero/Aspect combo for solo.
Edit: I've got the Black Widow, Ms. Marvel and Thor hero packs.

Edited by silverthornI actually try all the solo combos. You should notice what works and what doesn't (but remember that sometimes it's just what you draw that can break what you play and lose you a gem!).
I think there is too much variance in this game to identify a single best combo. Each aspect involve play styles that are qualitatively different enough, this will make them the best only for specific match ups. Protection is for the longer game, and so is Justice. Both these aspects are very control-like, I think. If you like to blitz through without much of a longterm plan, play Aggression. Now I presume Leadership is the most versatile, as this aspect is feels kinda like a free pass to me (and this is why I don't care much for it), but even then if you don't draw what you need when you need it, the game can go sideways. I'd rather tell you to just play what you want to play. 😄

I don’t know that there’s a best combo. You need to play differently based on what hero/aspect combo you run, and often it’s just a question of shoring up any given hero’s innate weaknesses.
It doesn't matter how versatile a single hero is. There's always going to be some villain that can take advantage of your weaknesses, eventually at least. You always need to build your deck around the specific villain you're going to play. For example, I've mentioned this before in a different thread, but at I always thought that get over here was so stupid because it only helped out Thor. Then I realized how invaluable it was in an Ultron game! There are plenty of cards like that, so all you've got to do is play smart.
I think there’s lots of strong solo builds right now, but gun to my head if I had to pick what I thought was strongest, it would probably be Captain America Leadership. Requires minimal set up, good all rounder and you can build Leadership to make the hardest current scenarios significantly easier.

I mean, I’ve done heroic 1 with Thor solo and no deck building, so I’m inclined to say deck building really isn’t necessary.
