with steel hand adept you can choose your critical if you choose overpowered you use the same roll which means another critical so can you pick overpowered over and over till there dead

The improved critical strike is limited to Once per Round so you can only choose overpowered once, but if you crit on your next attack you can choose a one difficulty crit....like stunned to stagger your opponent for their turn.

No, Overpowered means you attack with the same pool, not the same results.
