If you want some tips against expert Ultron look for some AOE style skills. Squirrel girl can ping all the drones for 1 (wiping the board).

Black Panthers energy daggers can do the same. Or be saved for the end GK long everything for 2.

Consider bringing tac team and getting 2-3 out before you flip Ultron so you can clear the drones each round and focus damage on Ultron.

Relentless Assault can also help manage droids and focus down Ultron.

Energy Daggers isn’t exactly the same as Squirrel Girl in multiplayer- it only hits all the minions engaged with a single player, so while it’s still very good against Ultron, it’s not a complete board clear against his drones unless you’re playing solo.

I normally dread regular Ultron but thought I'd give him a shot on Expert with a Captain America Protection deck that's been working really well for me lately and was able to beat him. It was only possible because of repeated stunning that mitigated his attacks and drones (3 Heroic Strike cards, 3 Tackle, and Mockingbird). Without that, I'm not sure how I would have done it. He's a beast for sure...

For the record, I had Under Attack AND the encounter card I drew on my very first turn was Shadows of the Past, pulling out my nemesis, his side scheme and adding those minions into the deck. Thought I was dead on arrival for sure but Cap pulled it off.

Hawkeye and Squirrel Girl REALLY help against Ultrons minions and give you time to set up so I try to bring a Leadership hero.

Plus you can Rapid Response them
