Are the plastic faction upgrade dials for second edition the same on the dial side as first edition? I ask because the standard second edition dials are now up the other way so have the upgrade dials been modified to allow for this as well?

The plastic dials have not changed between editions.

The cardboard covers have changed so they operate the same way as the plastic dials (eg. the entire dial face is now visible).
