Hallo,

I attack with a ISB INFILTRATOR ELITE and I gain 1 surge. I use this surge for "PIERCE 1, HIDE".

But HIDDEN says "after you resolve an attack, you must discard this condition".

So, how does it works?

I think that, after the attack, first I discard HIDDEN condition (if I have one) and then I gain HIDDEN condition from the surge ability, if my enemy has suffered 1 damage.

Is it right?

Yes. See Conflicts, Timing Conflicts. Condition keywords giving conditions are also after-attack-resolves. Conditions are core/mission rules, so they are resolved ( Hidden discarded) before attacker effects (before Hide gives Hidden ).
