There's a bit more setting dressing than old hands like us probably need, but for people just dipping their toes into Rokugan, it feels like a reasonable amount.
Yeah I suppose it's meant to be an entry point where any of these stories we get on the website are definitely not. So there's alot of value in that. Someone plays the RPG with you or tries the card game and wants to dip their toes in the lore it's nice to give them something that stands on it's own more than the fictions and novellas.
