Truthfully, I like the V-wing being a proto-A-Wing with the Lateral Thrusters. Oddball being able to get triple action economy off of that would be a solid use for him. Give him an R4 depending on the dial and maybe a missile and call it a day. Oddball's biggest drawback has been that he is piloting ships with poor blue maneuvers.

I'd venture, however, that there's something wrong with having someone make three movies essentially without an editor at the concept, story, and cut level: you get three movies which are kinda hazy and full of stuff that doesn't exactly make sense, because there wasn't a good group of editors to prune and hone.

Like, there's an entire episode of Rebels about how none of the Clone Wars made any sense to anyone in universe.

Having seen the trouble that Whisper got up to hauling Vader and Sloane around, I'm not so sure we actually want this.

Some factions just cannot be allowed to have certain things. Rebels can never be allowed to have Tragedy Sim (thanks, Sabine), Republic can never have a cheap support ship (thanks, Aethersprite), and Imperials can never have a (pseudo)-fighter with a crew slot (thanks, Vader).

Why can Resistance never get a ship that cloaks? Because of Heroic? I feel like that is such an unlikely scenario that the variance it creates isn't worth making it such a massive design space.

Or am I forgetting a crew, or something, that would make it busted?

Holdo can shuffle the token around (I think... haven't read her text in a while), but we've seen from Vizago and Cloaking Devise in Scum that giving unexpected folks cloak tokens isn't really all that busted.

That's already possible now, because the Fireball can take the contraband cloaking device illicit.

Oh man , that is all kinds of busted. Maybe I'll need to try a Cloaking Device Fireball/Holdo Pod list, just to see how insane things get. Then again, that might be a little NPE, so maybe I won't.

IMO I agree with the people thining about WT meaning working title. And tournament kits doesn't have serial numbers for expansions as ships have. My 2 cents would also go for the Razor Crest class fighter.

I seriously hope that FFG have seen the leak for Armada and X-Wing, and that they will publish something for the 2 games very soon. They can even announce the products without giving release dates (since they have leaked).

A mega release for X-mas ? All those expansions in 1 shot, with the points and Hyperspace mods in January ? It would create a good hype for the players (with ships from pratically each faction)

They can simply release the faction packs later. They would have at least to june 2021 planned with all this.

That is what I would do if I was FFG's administration. It gives the time for the production lines to get forward without the covid-19, and you don't create false hope. Just a big hype 🙂
