Reading this again, two things I noticed.

1. I can't believe Kennon was whinning that Lannister isn't good enough.

1. A. I can't believe Kennon hasn't played Lannister since his whinning.

2. I also can't believe that Kennon had a podcast then AND was advertising for the Moon Boy Classic two years in advance, that's going to be a hell of an event.

I would just like some clarification here: there must be something I'm missing, because this discussion doesn't address Pyromancer's Cache, the best draw in the game. What gives?

This was before the restricted list was implemented. As such it was still banned and not available for use.

Most of the posts here are from 2010 and back then it was banned. Then restricted list came and it went there instead of being banned.
