ANZAC Day Open
We are now thinking of running this more loosely across the weekend - one game each on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Even in Lockdown apparently it is hard for Kiwi dads to get a whole Saturday to themselves (and Aussies are in much the same situation).
Non-ANZACs are welcome to play (Turks are particularly welcome!), but you will need to deal with our "First in the world" timezones to participate.

Would this be through TTS or Vassal? Despite having not played armada in about a year and a half, I have visited Australia and I've got nothing but time because of the quarantine...

240pt Fleet Limit, Including 80pts Squadrons Max (Thats 1/3)
4 Swiss Rounds Played Over Approx 4 Days (About 1x Game a Day, Unless People Complete Their Games Sooner)
Played On The 3'x3' Play Area
Minimum Requirements: Tabletop Simulator With Armada Module, Discord (inc. Headset) And Tabletop.TO Free Registration
We will run the event on Tabletop.TO and Discord played on Tabletop Simulator Only. You can register and submit fleet lists here

Players will have 24 hours to complete Round 1 and submit the results on Discord and/or enter them directly to the event on Tabletop.TO. If all games are completed early, Round 2 will be drawn and players will have 24 hours to complete Round 2. This is to allow flexibility for opponents to fit in their game at an agreed time. Judges will be available on Discord if required.

With 12 players - round one will be completed over the next 24 hours.
Round one complete - half the players won, and half lost.
For myself, I got excited and flew a torpedo Frigate off the side of the board. Next game I’m going to draw a bright red mark over that dotted line (Never would have happened if we were playing vassal as God intended).

I did that in my first game as I also did something similar in a practice game. 😁
Round two is now complete - and again - half the players win.
Round three starts today...
Round 3 complete - and this time half the players lost.

Round 4 is mostly done - a 24 hour extension granted four players.
As it stands the top three players are the tournament organisers - a Royal Commission will be empaneled ASAP...
