Depending how you feel about Phantoms.... you still have a fair few play points for talents etc. I like the pilots to have the same int too, makes piloting choices a lot easier.

Juke is a tough call for int 4's. Against swarms it's great, vs Aces it can be a points sink, it is really dependant on meta in the area. For talents, I try not to go too deep on points, more of a - if it works cool, if it doesn't well it's only 2 points.
Juke is expensive yes but against Aces, no matter the ship your opponent focus, the others will have either forces for 5B or juke. So they all threaten and it's hard to pick the right focus : Echo will dodge easly, Vessery has a lot of PV and 5B is cheap.
Without juke, I would be less scarred to play against. But yes, it's 7 points...
