Hera / Jan
Nice build! That's a nasty Hera but she melts down fast. She's starved for mods so AP5 is good. I'll never forget the store tourney I had an enemy Luke intimidated (1 Agi) into lock+focused Hera (w/ Zeb, who BTW does not work on ion cannon) plus had a friendly Thane also with a range 1 focused shot on Luke , and did zero damage *total*. That was 5 (Hera) + 4 (Thane) modded dice into 1 green. IIRC I rolled 5 blanks, spent lock into 4 blanks + 1 eye, spent focus for `1 hit which Luke rolled the evade, then Thane rolled 3 blanks + 1 eye spent focus, which Luke rolled an eye and Forced into evade. Perfect setup, zero return. In fact IIRC Luke did 3 damage to Hera in return as a slap in the face. Haven't played Hera since 😉
Also IIRC you can't roll more than 6 dice ever.

1) you can roll a max of six dice on an attack.
2) Zeb allows for primary attacks only at range zero so can’t double tap an intimidated target with the ion turret.
Absolutely love Hera. As noted above, she melts so I try to keep her light with some nice back up. Here is a list I fly and it has had some decent success. You could go Wedge and have more points to play with but Luke is a personal preference.

I didn't know about 1, that makes the inclusion of trick shot easier.
2 I did know, aim to ram the front and hopefully have a turret on someone coming round a flank

Nice, question on Dutch if you had R3? and get two locks, can you pass a lock to both luke and hera?
I’ve been have some fun with this. Dial in red move, advanced sensors action, plow into target, remove stress, hammer target, now K turn behind it, remove stress and repeat. Luke is there to close things out once Hera goes down or draw fire away from her.

I've been looking at Cassian for similar effect on Braylan.. didn't think of it with Hera I like it!
EbonHawk- Dutch can only pass one with R3 equipped because of the wording, you are only able to pass the lock from the lock action, the second you acquire which does not trigger R3.
Also I have had some success with a Hera build like yours

I love the Kando Hera combo.
You can also combo Hera with Airen and Jan, to give a lock to hera before shooting, and let Hera have her reinforce as her action. Furthermore, Airen depletes the enemy, removing their offensive punch and their tokens.
