So the question is let's say I'm playing Road to Legend on steam, but I have to stop playing for the night. Anyway to 'pause' and 'resume' the following night without leaving the PC and program open?

And I mean during game-play, like when you're still in a dungeon, I want to pause there. Thanks!

Otherwise, just hibernate or suspend your computer.

The game remembers the state after each round of play, so yes, you can shut it down (just be sure to leave the dungeon set up!)...
