This might start a argument but at least hear me out.

I am being told that Whisper can not use her decloak ability while stressed. I heavily disagree with this and here is why. I am also looking for a kind of offical answer on it because I cant seem to find it any where. And i know it might seem like a simple answer but I don't think that it is.

First things first The Card golden rule in the 2.0 rule states "If the ability of a card conflicts with the rules in this guide, the card ability takes precedence."

Stress states... " A ship is stressed while it has at least one stress token. A stressed ship cannot execute red maneuvers or perform actions."

This two we can all agree on...

Here is my issue and where my argument comes form.

The Whisper pilot card states " Stygium Array: After you decloak, you may perform an evade action. At the start of the End Phase, you may spend 1 evade token to gain 1 cloak token."

Now stress says I can't preform actions, but Whisper's pilot card says I can after I decloak.

So my argument is thus. The printed card allows for whisper to preform an evade action. Which would come into conflict with the stress rule, why is this not a conflict and whisper's card ability not take precedent?

I am having a very hard time with some discords saying she can't do it, even though I feel the rules of the 2.0 rule book says she can. All the answers I am being given I feel are not good because they saying "Oh cards say "even while stressed" that means because this does not say that you cant." And I feel like it is implied because of the golden rule.

I am not looking to fight, I just need some better clarification on this.
