Doubtful, VA has been at the printers while the silhouettes were still being playtested is my understanding.
Edit: but that would be a pleasant surprise. I think they are just a 3d print,otherwise wouldn't they be on a sprue?

Same with the AAT that showed up in Poland. I ordered my AAT and Cassian the day I saw those, and then Covid happened the day after that. I am sure that the stuff has arrived in the USA (VA, Iden, Cassian, AAT) but is just sitting somewhere waiting to be unpacked or shipped out and there is no one either available or allowed to do it because of Shelter At Home or other state mandates.

Certainly haven't been any lately.
It's a bit more surprising given that distribution was supposedly completely shut down... I find it more unusual they aren't saying how they got the boxes than anything else. I'd expect links to youtube channels or blogs if they were preview copies, or posting up the store like when Miniature Market shipped early.

Some of the people posting on facebook are in the US. So that doesn't track. I'd be surprised if they released things in other markets, especially given the "world wide 'simultaneous' releases" they are supposed to be doing with Legion.

That still doesn't change that the person who posted this photo lives IN THE US.
Also, what countries have the products been released in? I'd be expecting to see the posts on here saying "Got mine in ____!" I said I'd be surprised, not that it was impossible, between how much many other countries have shut down and Asmodee being the distributor is quite a number of places.

I really like how GW and most others officially show off their plastic frames. And conversely it annoys me that FFG don't; feels like they're hiding them.

Might be a logistics thing. FFG posts up the pre-orders and announcements so far in advance of the actual release, it's possible the sprues are still in tooling, and the actual model photos are of 3D printed prototypes.
This is pure speculation on my part, I would also like to see the sprues, especially since FFG has started including at least minimal options for the units. The descriptions on the previews aren't as useful as a picture would be, since they don't include the number of each option.
Heck, even posting the build instructions would be decent preview.

(Legitimately) good for people in Germany, I'm sure some people could use new models to paint, and their stores could probably use the influx of cash. I'm not sure what the current situation is for Germany regarding any sort of stay in place orders honestly. I look forward to seeing the models painted and any unrevealed cards, even if they need translation. When you say "new corps" I assume you mean the B2s and Phase 2s?
This doesn't change my confusion as to how people in the US are getting VA and GCW Ops from their "FLGS" especially given FFG has pushed the release date back months at this point.

"People" aren't. It's one guy. He also got the AAT weeks ago and has never given any hint as to how he gets the stuff.
