Talent tree information

By baldwookiee, in Star Wars: Edge of the Empire RPG

So, question for all of the more experienced players and GM's than I am. I have all the books but don't want to have to lug them around or out at the table to look at trees and the talents. I have printed them out but I seems like some of the talents need more information than is on the tree. Are there any of the talents that I should type up and print on the back of the page to save on book flipping? Obviously talents like dedication and grit don't need it but what about others? Am I just looking for work that I don't need to do?

Thank you for the help.

In my experience, you rarely need to refer to the full description in the books. When you do, it is often not time sensitive (like Jury Rigged, for instance).

It's really a matter of judgement as to which talents you think you need more information for, but most of the time, it probably isn't necessary. There are some, like Cunning Snare, that do need to be memorized or jotted down given their added complexity.

One suggestion is to just have a notepad where you note important talents, their books and page numbers, and give a sufficient description. Then you can access it pretty easily when necessary, and you shouldn't run out of room.
