When are the trooper packs going to be released ? And are there going to be Legendary heros for the Union or Riech ?

You might as well ask if the Legendary Character idea is kaput...

For all we know Zor'Ka is a regular Character now. However I'm quite sure they may reintroduce the Legendary status if needed (i.e. Minotaur ).

Not sure why the Reich logo changed. They kept it the same for the new rules...

Extra Troops were asked by the French players for since the early 2007 release of the game. When Take On You finally said that they would release a six figures Troop Pack that would include two troops from each faction with a new paint scheme and new tokens we were quite happy. The repainted figs were previewed in early 2009 along with the other planned 2009 release figures like Asterios, Hass Horbring, Hoax and Oksana Gusrenko. Then no news until FFG announced the new sets.

I haven't got the new rule book yet but did the stats change for Zor'ka in the revised rules? And when Daedalus comes out is the minotaur for the riech cause the sketch shows an iron cross on the belt?

Only the token effects were changed, not the character stats so, no Zor'Ka is still very powerfull.

In the original French Daedalus release, the Minotaur itself did not appear. He was present in a spirit form but there was not model for it.

The fig would have been released with a special campaign later in 2009 but the only shown model preview was fantasy rendering with a different set of tokens and character card depending on which faction he joined during the campaign.

Ok, I suppose the troop packs will be released not until the beginning of September... but what about Operation Daedalus? Summer 2010? Not really anymore. No News regarding Daedalus regarding its status. And I hoped it would be released in September... 2009 ;-)

Well now that FFG has Dust Tactics in the catalog, they don"t need Tannhäuser anymore.

More seriously FFG promised a lot of things way back when they acquired the license, especially a faster release of products as they didn't have to wait on documents and translate them.

Fast forward one year later and all we got is a rulebook that need errata and FAQ, a pack of repaint with no exact release date and no news about what is is truly waited on: the news maps from Daedalus.

There is no support for what exists and there is no products announced beyond these whereas other newer products have already multiple releases programmed... Do I feel bad ? Sure I do.

Trooper packs should be out any week now - they have been on the truck for a while...

translation isn´t my worst problem - as long as something will be produced by FFG. I hope the troopers will arrive till mid september ^^

good news regarding the trooper packs: They´ll arrive on friday at my flgs - and I live in munich, germany - so maybe someone from the US of A can tell us something about its contents tomorrow or on thursday - in particular about the new packs and the bonus tokens ^^

No, the Iron Cross is not illegal in germany, as long as there is no swastika within it. Only the swastika is forbidden in Germany. So there shouldn´t be a problem with the iron Cross for the Reich (the Iron cross was awarded to soldiers during WWI [and also during WWII sadly], and so it would really fit for TH ).
