So, am I reading this right? The Supply Drop card: Arc Welder says it can return a mini to a droid trooper unit. Wouldn't this work exceptionally well on B2s? Or does Repair 1 mean the mini would only come back with 1 health?

The mini would come back with 1 HP. The president exists from the med droids interacting with IRG and Wookies.
