@SGPrometheus sounds intriguing. Interested to see how that turns out.

Same. I have them in six colored binders (blue, orange, green, purple, red by class and then grey for the neutral) then use these awesome labels to make the binders even more user-friendly:

Here's the binders I use (it even comes with a yellow and an orange binder so you're covered in whatever color you think Seekers are!):

The number of new player cards that come out with these new starter investigators is going to max out my storage far quicker then I had planned.
I just use long boxes. One for each campaign so they're together for travel, and big ones for player cards. Periodically I have to add a new box, but I group them by class so the only change is which classes go in which boxes.
I also do the colored binder solution for player cards. I also do a white binder with full page sleeves for the pack campaign guide inserts, the neutrals, weaknesses and multiclass cards. The scenario stuff all fits in the Return To boxes right now (along with some room for my current decks).
Does anyone know what the pre-order promos for these desks are? I can't seem to find that information.

If you mean the investigator decks, they are on the product page for AHCG above the campaign expansion and under the core set.
