I was really trying to Sherlock Holmes this thing and I was trying to think of some way to make them Commanders and also using them with Op Luke. Then I find out it's a joke.

They are (and always were) painted with Howard Hues "Geo-Hex Desert" and are now flocked with Woodland Scenics "Earth Blend" turf. Which is a mix of yellow, brown, and a little green. It's so they'll match my Geo-Hex layout. I have actually been slowly getting around to flocking all my Legion bases during The Plague.
