New idea of mine...
3x of everything huh? You got lazy
You gotta prioritize man!
+3 The Anti K' or anti-discard action
The attacks, I can't disagree with. I ran her at my store last week with Chain Throw and Criminal Uppercut and a largely similar concept [Chaos/Air/Death, in that order, base, then empty their hand to momentum and smack with big move until game over], and it was pretty effective. The only other thing I have to offer is maybe using Stained Honor over Soul of Ling-Sheng Su -- worse block, but easier difficulty, and its ability basically lets you make 2 control checks for your big attack (or second big attack). Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, but with only 8 attacks in the deck, it works more often than not.
I'd change your La Superbas for Professional Soldiers, they don't commit and they're cheaper in difficulty and effect.
I'd also reconsider the Steel Cages, I don't think speed will be much of a factor for this deck as by the time your opponent comes to block the attack Fio should've stripped their hand of every card (maybe 1 left in extreme cases), I'd try out Through the Defenses instead, to by-pass that possible last-block-in-hand.
I also believe that Checkmate is a superior 6/2 Chaos kick to use in this deck, by draining your opponent's hand it can loop itself without trouble, which (as long as you can keep passing the check, which shouldn't be a problem) means you don't have to wait until you've built up sufficient momentum to kill them with 125 RoR's Powerful enhance.
One last thing, I'd remove No Memories myself, I think you'd have a hard time chaining off Death, the deck'd be much more consistent if you stuck to Wind & Chaos, which have much more crossover.
Overall I like the deck though, Fio's a kooky but fun character to build, and some of the cards from the new set make her hadoken.
First, I would like to thank you both for your help. It's kind of hard to see the holes in something when you have deck tunnel vision. I was trying to make the deck so that I could switch to Raphael if need be.
Wafflecopter- I don't necessarily run Achieving Your Goals just for the momentum. I also do it so that I can easily pump Galactica Phantom with the symbol enhances in case I end up having to switch to Raphael for speed. I also had Steel Cage in here to better combo with Inner Turmoil so I'd be guaranteed to have more momentum than my opponent and for Unorthodox Fighting Style in case they didn't take their hand back from momentum. I didn't count on the opponent wanting to scoop their momentum to hand. But then again, if I take out Steel Cage, there's no real need for Unorthodox Fighting Style. No Memories should come out because it only chains off Fio and not Raphael and I can barely chain it in Fio. I did kind of overdo it with both Blinding Rage and Makai High Noble, so I'll take out the Blinding Rages. I'm also trying not to run 4 of everything. I find my decks flow better that way. I also had a huge tendency to run into things I already had enough of on the field so it was a wasted draw. I actually did forget about Inhuman Perception for some reason. Don't know why.
Cascade- I ran La Superba over Professional Soldier purely from a blocking standpoint. But I think I can overlook that for effect standpoint. I didn't want to run Checkmate simply because if I switch to Rapahel, it won't match. Then I'll have to change my sideboard accordingly. But you are right about one thing. I should have a better chance of looping in this deck.
With those changes in mind...
-3 Unorthodox Fighting Style
-3 No Memories
-3 Steel Cage
-3 Blinding Rage
+3 Inhuman Perception
+3 The Don's Right Hand Man (why I didn't think of it before is beyond me)
+3 Stained Honor
+3 Professional Soldier
Once again, thank you guys.
