If i am investigating at location A and activated sixth sense ability on location B, do i take the clue from location A or location B?

This depends - which XP version of Sixth Sense are you using? What symbol did you pull?

I am asking about the lv0 version and i have already drawn the necessary token to activate its ability.

Since the card says " you are now investigating as if you were at the chosen location instead of your location ", then the clue must come from that location, not yours.

On the LVL4 card, it says " you are now investigating as if you were at the chosen location in addition to your location " so you get 2 clues (1 on each)

Interestingly, the lv0 version does not play nicely with Eldritch Inspiration, since the second trigger replaces the first trigger; you still only get 1 clue. However, the lv4 version does net you 3 clues, since it's not a replacement effect.
