No. You can play only one copy of a card per timing instance. Learn By Example explicitly says you are playing it as a copy of the card in any discard.

ok but with spectre cell when he performed the bonus attack (ezra) he could use Force Surge again !!
There is only one end of activation, so Force Surge only triggers once. You are not creating another trigger/timing instance by resolving other abilities that trigger at the same time.
What does Spectre Cell has to do with this? It doesn't give a Force User (Ezra) another activation , it just allows to move and attack. Force Surge can only be played at the end of your (Force User's) activation.
