Why hasn't any toy manufacture made a series/collection of miniature Light Sabers, say hilts 4/5" long ?

I reckon they might sell well ...

Master Replicas made 0.45 scale lightsabers back in the early and mid 2000s. I own almost all of them, including a few rare/exclusive ones.
