With the hero expansions coming with aspect cards, is it possible to have different heroes with the same aspect in a game? For example one person playing Captain America with leadership aspect and another person playing Iron Man with the leadership aspect?

Definitely! I played a game of Captain America Leadership paired with Captain Marvel Leadership once; 5 copies of Make the Call, plus 10 or so Allies between our decks? It was really fun
