hey community, how many folks are still waiting for Starships and speeders from preorders?

I noticed it stills says shipping on the product page and my FLGS and others have not gotten their stock yet.

I think it's been a bit of a mess - CoolStuffInc still say it's due out on March 6th, GameNerds & Miniature Market got them and sold out, my regular LGS weren't able to get any (told me they couldn't even preorder), but another LGS DID get some (which is where I snagged my copy), so it seems pretty hit and miss.

Edit: also none on eBay, even at scalping prices.

In my order status, CoolStuff revised to Q1 2020, so I assume there's a supply chain matter to resolve. I might send a friendly inquiry but they've been so good over the years I'm not concerned about their hand in things.

I see the same in my orders status but on the page itself it still says " Preorder Notes: Expected Release: March 6, 2020. Date subject to change. " so I'm guessing they're just still in the dark.

At the risk of being an ***, even though I have one on preorder from CSI, I'm so glad I was able to get one locally.

For UK folks, it is on the release schedule for this week. Typically deliveries reach the retailers / start going out on Wednesdays on release weeks.

The retailer I have it from has updated my preorder today to "Processing" so looks like everything is on schedule this side of the Atlantic.

SO i just drove down to my Local store and got the last one on the shelf! Just got off the phone with CSI and cancelled my pre order.. What a cluster Fudge!

Im was not going to wait on this crap like BSG daybreak and find out , its now the rarest book on the planet!.. F that noise!

Got an email confirming my pre-order is on the way earlier today. Should be here tomorrow (UK).

I preordered from Miniature Market before the original release date and far as I can tell they haven't even gotten their first order in.

same with CSI (although I thought I read others had gotten theirs from MM, probably not from this).

Hungarian LGS informed me to come and pick it up.

The copy I pre-ordered way back when, from Amazon themselves, at $39.99 is now scheduled to get here sometime between March 25th and April 21st.

The copy I recently ordered from Game Boarders via Amazon at $59.99 is now scheduled to get here tomorrow.

Whichever arrives first, I will cancel the other one and insist on a refund.

Got a shipping notification from Miniature Market today.

My first copy came in late last week, and I cancelled the other one.

I have pre-ordered the book via an FLGS and keep an eye on a number of stores across Canada... none have received it yet, as far as I can tell.

I'm sure the pandemic isn't helping.

My FLGS (in Canada) just told me that their Asmodee rep said it was unlikely that we'd see it in Canada until Edge issues a reprint.... so whenever that might be. 😒

They actually mentioned "reprint"? Well sucks for you, but I like the semi-confirmation of Edge doing reprints.

Yup. I may just suck it up and pay the stupid exchange and shipping rates and order it online from the states. I'd rather have it than wait for a possible reprint.

Don’t forget the virus outbreak might be disruptive of shipping and warehouses in general.

Thank God it is just a compilation already released stuff.

Yep...except for all of the new stuff in it.

Hardly a surprise, but just to confirm: CoolStuffInc replied to my inquiry yesterday, and they're expecting "long delays."

I also have on order from csi. But I just went to a.azon and ordered from rcboyz with faster delivery (says April1-7). I cancel the one that happens last.
