Swap Outmaneuver for Predator or Daredevil. I would say the former, but having access to 1 Hard Boost is extremely good. And if you don't care about bid, can slap Luke with Heightened Perception for those pesky I6 at low health.
Why the changes? Outmaneuver only works, if you are outside of arc. Arvel usually wants to fly from a flank or from the front, because he wants to work those blocks. Predator gives him a semi-double mod on his attack and Intimidation already ensures he will strip one Agility Die.
