With the new releases starting with Heroes thru Creatures, Dragons & Horrific Horde, I for one are eager to get new scenarios using these new abilities, but FFG has not yet put out a way for us to get new scenarios.
Will FFG be allowing a scenario download page for BL? It doesn't make sense to release new stuff if you can't find other scenarios for it outside of those included in the expansions.

You will find official and fan-made adventures there. Nothing new to date, but if you have some new stuff try contacting the Guildmaster (link to email on the Guild page) to submit your work.
To my knowledge, FFG has no plans to allow for a fan-based map/adventure/scenario upload. The couple scenarios they do have might expand, but for now Battlelore Master has the most scenarios you're going to find in one place online (again, to my knowledge) so I'd try them.
