When Ionized, a Droid doesn't have a maneuver dial assigned. It simply performs the blue-1-straight maneuver. Then, since a maneuver was performed, the struts close. No obstacle effects would be suffered, since the struts were open at the time of the move. During the Perform Action Step, the droid would be limited to only a focus action... which it doesn't have, so it does nothing.

I forgot about the focus only thing too. No calculate.

I mentioned previously I would share my list and report how it did at a local store championship I was to play at. I will have to let you know later. Store play has been cancelled due to Covid-19. When things get better I will share.
