While I was exploring different list building possibilities, I ended up with this. What do you think? Is this something that would be daunting looking across the table? What adjustments would you make?

Where is Le Huse going to get a lock from?

All your ships want to Focus to use AO and get no advantage out of locking, so you are spending their action to give Le Huse a double modded shot.

Unless you are using him as a Generic I5 ship of course.

It's a list with no bad upgrades, all good pilots, appropriate bid, but perhaps slgihtly fiddly synergy with LeHuse. Since everyone else wants to focus, LeHuse's ability won't be available under normal circumstances. Without lock tricks, or at least ships willing to take locks and let LeHuse spend them, he's blank text Init 5, and I'd rather have the solid Backdraft.

What I'd do is change him over to Backdraft, and swap the Gunner around. BD with Optics, Phasma with Gunner. Backdraft seems a little more independent, and that 3-dice rear turret from them is wonderful.

Overall, Optics SFs are a solid ship. They've got great time-on-target, and really consistent dice. They're easy to fly, and should yield a rather pleasant afternoon of X-Wing.

I agree about LeHuse’s ability being out of place and like the Backdraft, gunner on Phasma switch. It’s interesting that they’re all 39 points base.
