[Epic List] Scarif Attack Group

I've been experimenting with lists reliant more on wings, but I still see no reason to exclude the GR75, which is hands down the best Huge Ship in the game in terms of point efficiency. What do you think of this?

Nice list, but I don't think a Scarif rebel themed list is complete without a U-wing.

Maybe, but I don't really go for the theme, I just named the list so it has a name ^^

I think it looks great for the space battle - I don't remember seeing any U-wings up there.

I feel like the Y-wings are too expensive, but if they survive they can do a lot of work. What's the rationale on the bomb loadout? Seems to me that a single ion bomb on Dutch with Proton Bomb on the Golds seems better because on a good turn you can deal two crits to a bunch of enemies, but dropping two Ion bombs don't really stack up their effects...unless you're targeting a huge ship I guess, which is pretty thematic. Might be hard to pull off.

Good point, I'll change that. And I was also thinking of the space battle :)

My main problem with Y-Wings in Epic is that they need a lot of upgrades to be worth much.

I personally would discard the bombs and either choose VTG and a turret or R3 and torpedoes (which are about the same point cost in total).

Bombs without Trajectory Simulator or other shenanigans seem not to work well.

Take Proton Bombs. Add Selfless. K-turn in front of the bad guys. Profit.

(I jest a bit, but it's an interesting thought.) I usually choose bomb + turret -OR- just torpedoes. Ion bad guys into bombs is fun.

I'll try it with the VTG and Ion turrets. I'll see how that works.

I'm generally not really sold on the list, but I want to try something without the Corvette ^^
