"Lady Eliza Farrow adds +2 to the range and damage of all friendly figures within 6 spaces." Does she benefit from this herself?

The closest thing I can think of is the command ability, but isnt really so. Command clearly includes the figure with the command ability. Lady Elizas ability says nothing if she is included or not. How are other groups playing this?

I would say yes, she gets the benefit, since she is friendly to herself, is she not?
