For a more specific answer, since Feedback Array damages all ships at Range 0, and you are considered to be at Range 0 of yourself, you indeed count as a valid target.

Notably, Feedback Array has no effect on Remotes, so it wouldn't be able to burn off a Buzz Droid... if it weren't for the fact that FFG has historically been opposed to errata, I wouldn't be terribly surprised if this card had the word "ship" changed to "ship and remote."

Yeah, i kinda feel it should affect remotes as well. Makes sense to.
