Does it work like this?

Any time Sabine performs a barrel roll action , as her pilot ability allows, she can link that action into a red evade action . Then, as you described, she can perform a blue maneuver to clear the stress, and perform another action (in this case, the only one left would be Focus).

For added fun, consider adding Debris Gambit to her. As long as she's near an obstacle, her red evade action (yes, even the linked one) becomes white , which greatly opens up your dial possibilities!

If Juke was reasonably costed that could also be good fun option.
