LOVE the new return policy!!!

Always try to resolve things at the lowest level first. If they decline to assist, then you can elevate it. All these folks saying to go nuclear right out the gate are a little foolish.

So your point is that the Asmodee's owners don't care about making anything other than $$$. How noble. That really inspires brand loyalty in customers.

It's an investment firm, that tends to be how they operate. I was trying to say the next company might be more concerned with developing the brand, or at least not be doing more layoffs right away. Can't really see the future.

Yup. It's not even about return to shareholders in the classic sense. It can just be about executives temporarily increasing share prices to maximize their personal compensation via manipulation of company stock buybacks and the like. And if the company burns to the ground afterward, so what?

It just seems a tad naive that people don't get that this is how our business leaders operate. Seeing as how 2008 A.D. was 12 years ago now.

Simple solution to the new policy, but other products instead.
