Starhawk Cardboard Printing Error
wow, good eye. Mine is the same way. Hadn't noticed it at all until you drew my attention to it.
Though mine is not as bad as yours. Personally, I think yours is bad enough to have a legit complaint. I'd try to return it for a replacement.

Is the other side as bad?
Thanks for the responses - I did attempt a return already, but still ran into the same issue with the replacement. Needless to say its been a bit frustrating especially with FFG's change in policy around replacement parts... but working with the retailer now.
The other side is is also just as bad!
Just got home from my LGS, my Starhawk also has poorly aligned firing arcs. Yours is quite a bit worse though, which is too bad.
Cardboard misalignments has always been a staple for FFG products since day one. Apparently they haven't seen fit to do adjustments to the QA/QC. There is neither tournament prizes or third-party allowed pieces that can replace the cardboard either.
Edited by MuelmuelWe noticed that Starhawk and Onager cardboard may not fully fill the large plastic base.
Only one side of my Starhawk and Onager seem correct, so I just plan to let opponents know and just play using the one side that works.
@SuperZuk I am sure it is the whole wave 8 printing run.
They've had similar issues dating back to wave 2 (as far as I can tell). I designed acrylic tokens for waves 0-7, saw a lot of this crap. I'll likely be making wave 8 soon in light of this.
