It’s no worse than Kylo with AO imho

He has to "earn" the focus by not getting blocked/stressed.

and he still has to debate spending mods or saving them for defense

Republic Jedi without double mod offense... no worries.

Vader w/o any always on D?

it’d be ok

Using force on both Blanks and Focus would swamp force quickly. You still need one or the other either a focus or a TL in all reality

Good rey players are good at using their force wisely/knowing when to disengage so they always have the force they need. This is balanced by the fact they have to do it with a falcon

Hypermobile Jedi can disengage way easier, and have crew options to help regain force if they really need to. It just seems like a really risky upgrade for the game.

Apparently it's decent on Luke, so be careful when making a better version.

Ideas:

Dark Side, Focused Rage: When you are dealt a faceup pilot damage card, you may spend 1 force to flip that card facedown (do not resolve its effects).

Light Side, Graceful Patience

At the start of the engagement phase, you may spend 1 force to treat your initiative as 0 for this phase. If you do, when you perform an attack, you may re-roll blank results (or just change eyes to hits? some dice modification thing).

This was before we found out you may also want to season your CLT Jedi with it as well.

Kylo with AO is barely better than Kylo with TL, and is actually worse with 4 reds. Even though it feels good, it's actually more of a point trap.

Exactly

Sorry JB, your idea is OP AF. You are guaranteeing light side users 100% evasion with perfect knowledge. The attacker has to roll the hits, using all appropriate mods etc. the light user rolls defense, lol, I have blocked minimum 2 damage, even if I roll blanks. I will disengage for a turn and let’s have another go.
A 7b Aethersprite flown by Plo, Obi or Ani even Mace, would be oppressive. Arc dodging, then ultimate damage mitigation would be massive NPE.

Force Chocke: spend 2 force to flip 1 favedown card faceup (Muhahahaha)
