Looking to build a list that relies on dropping 3 bombs during same systems phase.
I'm aware that each ship can only drop 1 device per round but can 3 separate ships drop 3 separate bombs during 1 systems phase?

Actually, the rule is..
"Each ship can place a device only once per System Phase."
As per an FAQ ruling...
A ship can only place a device once during the System Phase, but it can drop an additional bomb as instructed by its pilot (or upgrade) ability.
The FAQ wording is slightly different than the rule under Devices. FFG *appears* to have intended that, each ship is "granted" one device placement during the system phase, in the same way that the Perfrom Action step, "grants" a ship one action. But the ship isnt limited to only that one if other ability's allow it to drop more. Unless an ability checks if you have dropped one (ie Genius)

Like Vagabond. Drop device in the system phase, aileron then drop another device.
