Doesn't the model for Cassian work well for a generic Hoth commander with that Parka?
If you bought some of the newest releases, they weren’t on the parts replacement (I had an issue with a crisis protocol mini). Didn’t realize I needed my receipt or giving back the whole expansion, since this wasn’t in effect yet. Guess there’s nothing I can do now.

Yeah and one of these days I'll get around to buying him. My Legion motivation has been low lately.

If you didn’t buy in cash, your card statement should have a vendor ID number.

In Europe both the store and the manufacturer need to replace a item. It's up to the consumer to choose who they contact, and the problem needs to be solved in a reasonable time.
So, stores that refuse to help and point to manufacturers, or manufacturers that say the process goes through the store now, both are illegal.
Leaving aside speculation on actual laws, in the US at least, such enforcement is handled by civil suits, not the police. So if a store, distributor, or manufacturer says "no," the only recourse is to take them to small claims court, and maybe complain to the Better Business Bureau, which has no actual power.

I already assembled and painted one of the minis from the expansion, I’m not sending that one back with the one that’s messed up... the parts replacement at the time said “if the product is new give it some time and it will be up soon” or something to that effect. Week later we get this.
Also, if the policy fails you contact the company. A bad policy you do not control is no reason to be stuck with an incomplete product. Make noise if you get something bad.
