Rhino has 2 Charge attachments (+3 attack and Forced Interrupt effect) AND a Stun status card. When he would attack, do the 2 Charge cards get discarded with the Stun card?

Unfortunately not. The stun card is discarded when the villain would attack, i.e. instead of attacking, while Charge is only discarded at the end of an attack that Rhino actually makes.

Which is one reason not to stun Rhino with a charge attachment, better to let it clear ASAP rather than risk 2 piling up.
