Proton torpedoes with any Rebel squad is a good build and can fit well into Dutch Vander.

Update: dutch vander with Ion cannon and proton bombs is NOT GOOD, I repeat, DO NOT use dutch vander with ion cannon turret and and proton bombs. I tried the list and the b*stard did fook all, never landed a bomb hit and never ionized someone. However, when I went to day 2 in the hyperspace qualifier, I brought him with proton torpedoes, and he CLEANED HOUSE Dash Rendar 2-ship list 200-0. Rebel 4 ship? SHAKING IN THEIR BOOTS. Use him with proton torpedoes, not the ion cannon turret.

Common sense: Vander wants lock. Vander shares lock. Use with friends that want lock. Add R4 to help them out with their stress issues. Dutch is like the friend we all need.

Especially a certain Insubordinate Ace...
