5 X’s and Boba/Fenn... What are you taking to counter these at your SoS?

5X is just another efficiency list. Limit the number of R1-2 shots an individual ship takes from them on the opening turn of engagement, which means using obstacles against them to split their forces and limit their movement.

Boba Fenn you try and zone Fenn out of the fight long enough to deal with Boba. If they decide to yolo with Fenn, punish that mistake.

I think Hyenas are better against Boba/Fenn because it is unlikely that a Hyena will be one shotted, meaning both ships will need to commit to taking one ship off the board.
If it was a Vulture, both ships would have no issue closing in and wiping out a little brother.
I never fly swarms, but I think I might try a Hyena list.
