Task Force and no squad limit.

I realize that you called your alternative format Task Force before RITR was released, but Task Force is the official name of the variant in RITR. RITR is the campaign, Task Force is the format. And there is no limit to squads as long as you stick to the rest of the fleet building rules.

Mine was first. Thanks/

And yet the official rules are the ones people will think of when referencing the term task force, and people will use the term task force when referencing thoose rules. It's almost like meanings change or something.

You were first, yes.

But now Task Force is an official format you need to let go.

Or at least change your's to "Blerg's Task Force Format".

I made stats for a Super Star Destroyer before FFG released their official one.

That doesn't mean I get to go around telling people to only refer to my version 'cause I posted it first.

I personally like the idea of this format.

The rules try to make it harder for the extreme edges lists to do their thing.

Squadronless builds being an example. Same with max squads. Having a more rounded list for everyone tones down the extreme.

I don't think it's a good idea to do for competitive play where people tend to enjoy the most advantage of their list, in build and style.
