My votes:
Best: Take Evasive Action! - Next to the game's box cover art , I think this card might best capture the spirit of what it feels like to play a game of Armada.
Worst: Minister Tua - The pose, the art style... I just don't think anything about this works.
Honorable mentions:
My best & worst are a couple of old ones.
Best: Demolisher title. I would be willing to hang this piece on my wall! Stunning setting and theme.
Worst: Admiral Motti. Totally inaccurate representation of the actor. I wouldn't know who this is if it didn't say on the card.
Worst art: Jaina’s Light. Although the artist was no doubt talented, the medium seems strange and the lighting is poor.
Best art: Endeavor. Honorable mention to the EHB alt art.
I think I'm biased when it comes to the best.... Chimaera... A non-Rebels-animated version of that sweet sweet custom painted ISD I mmmmmmmhhhhmmmmm.
Worst? As much as I like the card.... Turbolaser Reroute Circuits.... WTF is even going on in this picture?
Ironically I hate the Alt art for it too.... which annoyingly features a raider, one of the only small ships that CAN'T take it.
Worst: Konstantin.
Its bad imho and his screaming pose urgh it conveys the character I guess.

Everytime I see a Hammerhead I lament that they don't look like the one in Rogue one with those side turrets. Well at least it looks totally awesome ramming that Gozanti to bits.

It's an ISD blowing up some squadrons(?). I suspect it makes more sense when zoomed out - maybe some day we'll get an extended art version.
The full version is probably out there somewhere; in another FFG product or on the artist's website.

I can't agree with you more! It looks nothing like the actor! It looks like card art for Lord of the Rings: The Card Game that was re-skinned. 😆

Agreed TRC card is bad.
The TIE Interceptor alt art, while cool, bugs me, as I presume they are royal guard interceptors, which I imagine would be at least a unique squadron, if not an ace & they aren’t in the game! 😞
Worst has to be Kuat alt art, given its lack of squadability.
Best: Cluster Bombs

Agreed, that Motti art is so bad.
It's annoying because I like Motti but the art looks nothing like him lol
Best: Foresight. I never get tired of seeing an MC30 fly through all the ISDs it just destroyed. Just beautiful.
Worst: Mon Mothma Alt Art... I don't know who that is, but the real Mon Mothma is probably pretty mad about this imposter stealing her wardrobe.

For me, I've always had a soft spot for the Raider II & MC75 Ordnance art. They're colorful, and dynamic.
Worst
The Extended Art for the CR90's that were available recently. They were the same size as Squadron Cards and were double sided with art on one side and nav chart on the other. Looks and feels very clunky.
This is my favourite card due to my love for KOTOR
Also if you look close it looks like the artist included the KOTOR era Aurek Starfighter , just look at that pure sex of that card.
Worst card is either

Whyever the Fé{ that picture was even used on a promo, I don't know. The proportions of the human face and the effect of three-dimensionality are just off in that flat face...

Man, some of these alt-arts are great. We don’t have any tournaments within any kind of reasonable distance from us here in Central NY. How do I get these cards? A buddy of mine scored a few waaaay back, so I think we have them for the X-Wing, and maybe the ISD-I and one of the H1MC-80 variants? But I want more.

eBay if you don’t have events. Or get your FLGS to change that and order a tournament kit (if the demand is there.)
