The Kom'rk is supposed to be a hybrid fighter/transport quite capable in both roles

The speed and handling seem a little low for it to fulfill the fighter side of the bargain

The stats I'm currently using give it a Speed of 4 and +1 handling. Defense was 2 fore, 1 aft, and HT/ST was 24/17.

I wanna see the eclipse, the world devastators, dark trooper transport/ manufacturing ship, the wing shaped super star destroyer, mon cal ship that can ram while in hyperspace, and like to see the Jedi open canopy ship the cuunthrope....don’t know how it’s spelled.

The Eclipse, World Devastators, and the Imperial Escort Carrier are all Legends and the wrong era, so I don't think they'll show up. I assume you mean the Mega-Class Star Dreadnought and the MC85 Raddus. They are canon, but the wrong era, so I doubt they'll show up.

Chu'unthor meant "academy" in Cerean, and was a Jedi Praxeum ship that crashed on Dathomir in 250 BBY. There was a successor one that was around during the Clone Wars, and it was this one that Luke Skywalker found. I also doubt that this one will show up.

They shown a lot of non canon stuff already why stop? And your just a ray of sunshine

That, on the other hand might be a little too good. Speed 4, sure, but a lot of heavy fighters make do with handling 0 or less, and it doesn't seem like it should fly rings around stuff like Y-wings.

The Sil 4 ships that have decent handling tend to be pretty damed fragile and I get the impression that the Kom'rk, given its' role as a transport, would probably more robust than agile. 0 or -1 should be fine.

Meanwhile, the collection books are mostly reprint, with just enough new material to make it worth picking up for those that already have what’s reprinted, and that stays within the GCW era of most of the line. While it’s not impossible to see something from your wish list, the odds are at least 3720:1.

My LGS doesn't carry this line so I usually order the books via Gamenerdz and just went to put in my pre-order for this and it's already sold out - wonder if that's site specific or indicative of there being a rush to get this last book. CSI and MM still seem to have enough, so I got my order in, this is just first time I've seen one of the FFG RPG books go out of stock before it's released.

Gamenerdz often runs out of preorder items before the actual release date. And many times they don’t get more in after that point. I wouldn’t read much into this.

I received my notice that it was preparing to ship three days ago, but still no notice that it has shipped. Has anyone actually gotten tracking information on their preorder?

EDIT: Received my notice that it was shipping this afternoon.

My FLGS is usually pretty prompt about sending the "Your order is in" texts early in the week for release day - and nothing so far. The online stores still show "preorder" not as shipping. Looks like the To The Store leg of the trip is taking extra long.

I pre-ordered a while back via GameNerdz and their site is updated to say 2/28, do we know the 'street date'? One of my group used to order direct from FFG and he usually had his in hand before the online stores had even shipped.

The Upcoming page shows a date of 2/28.

Glad I checked before I left work. Saved me a trip to the game store.

Never tell me the odds

Well, for new stuff (I think), we get:

Kom'rk-class "Gauntlet" Fighter (Mandalorian equivalent to the U-wing but considerably better) on page 53.

TIE/rb "Brute" Heavy Starfighter (outrigger-armed heavy TIE) on page 62.

Kalwvalan Star Yacht (as see in Solo) on page 88.

Assault Frigate Mk. II (as seen in the initial Armada releases) on page 107.

Cantwell-class Arrestor Cruiser (not sure where this is from) on page 109.

Gozanti-class Armed Transport (armed and equipped with TIEs as seen in Rebels) on page 115.

The Death Star II on page 128.

Executor-class Star Dreadnought (FINALLY!!!) on page 130.

Imperial II-class Star Destroyer on page 136.

Onager-class Star Destroyer on page 141.

Starhawk-class Battleship on page 143.

Just this weekend I spent some time stating out a Impstar Deuce and putting it on SWSheets. Then this happens. Dang it.

Don't worry, they won't do it again.😉

Someone on Facebook has also shared a pic of the page with Doctor Aphra’s Ark Angel.

I take it there are no aquatic vessels, esp of the submarine variety? Working on my game set for the 7th of March and my book arrives 6th March...

Yeah, I did the same.

Since it’s there, I really hope some bit of the stats is different.

Again.
