I'm doing a play test of the game and encountered a question.

The game setup states you setup the Market decks, reveal the top card and place it face up on the deck.

Some Encounter cards have text that reads "Choose a market deck and reveal the top 3 cards of it"

Does that mean

A. Move the top revealed card aside, draw 3 face down cards and reveal them?

B. Draw two additional cards and the top currently revealed card counts as your 3rd 'revealed cards'?

Additional, when it said "Then shuffle the deck" does that include the top revealed card?

I have been using option B, and shuffling all cards including the previous top reveal if it isn't the one I buy.
